we stayed for just one night as part of an 11 night trip around Dorset. From here, we went to Swanage for an afternoon. It was a really lovely town and we stayed longer than planned. We had impromptu fish & chips for tea, walked along the pier and perused some of the shops. We took the dog for a walk 3 times from the site - there's a fenced (short) walk as well as a gate through to a public footpath which leads through to some fields with a fabulous view of Corfe Castle. We didn't walk to castle but could have done. The site was clean and quiet. Really nice. Would definitely stay again.
