Just returned after 3 nights on this wonderful site, All spotlessly clean and very friendly / helpfull wardens.  We walked the public footpath just outside the site to Corfe castle and returned on the Steam Train to 'Harmons Cross' which is only a 5 miniute walk back to site. If you like walking i recommend a visit to 'Worth Matravers' and walk the coast path to 'St Aldhelms Head' it has stunning views but be warned it is VERY steep in parts but well worth it, There is a 200 year old chapel and a volunteer life guard station at the Head. For £3.80 you can take the car across on the ferry from Studland to 'Sandbanks' and across to Poole harbour. We will definately be returning as there is so much to see and do around this wonderful location.
