This was both our first time on this site, and our first time on a racecourse site and I have to say how pleasant an experience it was. Given the constrictions that the centre of a racecourse poses, it is well laid out and our pitch by the rail was both spacious and remarkably private. The site is also only a short distance from both the sea front and a 10 minute cycle ride from the pier – very handy for those who want to have the full seaside experience. The only down side would be the lack of play area, etc for children - as embryo greys, this wasn't a problem for us, but would have been if we'd had children with us. And I couldn’t finish the review without saying how warm and friendly the welcome was.
