About 2 hours drive from home this is one of a very short list of sites we will squirt out to for a couple of nights, it is lovely in so many respects. The wardens on duty for our stay were the same relief wardens as on our last visit. Lovely people and welcoming....just how a club should be, sadly some other sites are not so well blessed. Grafham Water is a fabulous reservoir, cycling, walking, dog walking, fishing whatever. We have just got back from another couple of nights and whilst the site was full there was no pressure everything was taken in its stride. The facilities were spotless. We visited the community shop in the village for the first time, a useful place if you need buy essentials. The weather was positively Mediterranean, edging 30 degrees, which was an unexpected bonus. Recommended.
