Gowerton is a lovely site and very well kept, the wardens work very hard to keep it looking good. Spacious pitches some grass some hard standing. The shower/toilet block is kept very clean but in need of modernisation. It’s such a shame people abuse these facilities, on our last day there I found 3 toilets disgustingly dirty, shame on you women, I felt so sorry for the wardens who had to clean up your mess. Surely you don’t leave your toilets at home looking like this. Unfortunately we had dreadful rain whilst there and a lot of the pitches were flooded. Having a motorhome we rely on walking sadly there is not a great deal here, lovely walk to a ruined castle. We did walk into Gowerton which is an easy walk but we got caught short in one of the dreadful downpours soaked to the skin.
