Spent an wonderful week here last week - weather helped! Lovely site, clean, never felt busy though it was quite full. Handy for the Gower though you really need a car to access South Gower beaches. Only a hour away so we'll definitely make it one of our regular sites
Peace and Quiet
We booked here for a week. The site is only an hour from home so we know the area fairly well. Not been here before but found the location, facilities and staff excellent. If you want a hectic night life then this is not the place for you. The weather was dry and breezy and looking at the weather forecast towards the end of our stay we extended our stay by two nights at no problem. Would thoroughly recommend this site and intend to return in the not so distant future
Handy location.
We chose this site as we have family in Llanelli. Was handy for visiting them and also for visiting the Gower, which has some beautiful places and beaches.
The site itself is adequate. Facilities block needs updating but is clean and functional. Dog walk was a bit muddy during our visit but there is another walk you can take your dog onto via the locked gate ( for which you are given a key) onto a sports centre pitch. This will also be the route to take to the local shop, garage and village. Friendly warden.
A Lovely Trip to Gowerton
Lovely place lovely staff and excellent toilet/shower blocks.
Lovely surroundings, close to the Gower.
Who could ask for more.
Not worth it
I stayed here one night before going to tenby having a family I asked for the toddler room key as my daughter likes a bath rather than a shower. I was told no as I have to wait until all the other vans come in first to see if they want the room key instead.im not going back there.

Great break
Stayed here for two days, site was quite full, so not much choice on pitch when I arrived. No complaints and would stay here again. Pitch fairly close to the road and it didn't disturb me but I was tired after active days out.
Poor location
I do not want to be just another moaner so I will start with the positives. Its a very roomy, clean site with very helpful wardens.
Now the downside, the site is very close to a main road so at night it sounds like you are pitched up next to the M5,and if that does not disturb you then the trains every 20 mins will. Now it is possible the noise is not as bad on the other side of the site.We booked up for two weeks here with our children but left after 4 days because of the noise and the fact I did not research the area well.
There is not a lot to do locally,Mummbles was a disappointment very ran down and in need of some tlc..grubby but a nice walk on the sea front to the barbed wire closing the pier. The local towns Swansea and Llanelli are just like any other town in the UK nothing worth going to ,very disappointed as they are not marketed as traditional seaside towns and are not tourist places, the water front museum in Swansea is free and looks swanky but holds very little to look at.
we are not into tacky seaside towns with arcades but it is nice to walk around a nice quaint seaside front at night but there are none in this area.there are nice beaches around but we could not just walk on them for 14 days.Thankfully we got our second week refunded and went over the seven bridge to north Devon to finish our holiday and had seven great days there.
Brilliant site
Yet another brilliant family holiday. New wardens and the team are very warm, welcoming, helpful and always on hand. We would highly recommend site for a fun filled holiday. Toilet blocks are spotless and very well kept.

Gowerton park weekend away
Stayed for a weekend away, which was a lovely break, as the park is only hour away from home the journey is short enough to do more often. The wardens were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were very clean and liked the fact that there were plenty of hooks in the cubicle. Also liked the fish and chip take away service offered. The only thing which could be improved is the childrens play area which was very small, apart from this everything was excellent.
Lovely Site
This is one of our favourite sites.
It is close to where we live but far enough away to say that we are away.
Every time we have visited this site we have been impressed with the cleanliness and friendly wardens.
To top it all the scenery and tranquility really is lovely.
We would recommend (and have recommended)this site to anyone who asks where to go.
We shall certainly be returning next year.
