Totally agree with everything you wrote . We were there that time and the amount of barking dogs that their owners did nothing about was ridiculous. If you say anything to them you get the response go to a site that doesn’t have dogs! No you need to learn how to behave appropriately on a caravan site! The wardens were great and totally deserve 🎖

Thankyou for the heads up. We aren't dog people and we make no apologise for it, doesn't make us bad people. A shame really as this site is located in a beautiful location. Never mind, we will definitely seek out a lovely site without barking and mess.
Thanks again

We too were there August 2022. The Caravan Club has few advantages over many commercial sites in that it allows for more than two dogs. Dogs are a member of many peoples family as are children, and apart from a few that don't clean up after their dogs, I think it less of an issue than the hoards of kids running around unsuppervised.
In August 2021 we had a pitch near the shower block and the lazy little brats cut behind our van instead of walking round, resulting in one tripping on our electric cable
Overall the dogs are a lot less noisy than the kids in August, thankfully we no longer have to holiday in the school holidays.
