We just spent a lovely weekend at Godrevy Park.
Last trip of the year for us and it turned out the be great weather on the Friday evening and both Saturday and Sunday, although we had a bit of a pasting overnight into Monday before we left. However we had thought ahead and got the awning down on Sunday afternoon so we did not have to pack it up wet before we left. The only downside was a bunch of noisy paragliders who arrived in the field next door on Saturday afternoon and completely ruined the peace and quiet of this usually wonderful site. Outside of the wardens control unfortunately but maybe the club should consider asking Cornwall Council if the farmer has Planning Permission to use the field for non-agricultural purposes. I bet he doesn't.
Lovely few days
Spent two nights at this very quiet and peaceful site...all grass pitches lovely situation close to great beaches...Hayle a short drive for a good pasty...we were so lucky that we had some beautiful sunny days....would be very happy to return
Marvellous
We only stayed for 3 nights in late September, whilst I did another stretch of the South West Coast Path. Glorious weather! The site is welcoming, as are the pleasant and good-humoured staff. We found the shower/toilet block to be of a very high-standard. (Only Cirencester the week before could be rated more highly as appeared new) Cross the road via a secured 'back gate' and onto the sand dunes and down to the great beach at Hayle. Conversely, a short drive away is a large M&S supermarket and Lidl for any supplies. I can imagine that this site will be very busy in summer, but we'll definitely return here at some stage next year.

Our Favourite Site
We have been coming to the Godrevy site since becoming club members about 18 years now and thoroughly enjoy this location. The wardens over the years have been outstanding and yet again this visit no different, we were fortunate to have fantastic weather for the whole stay and our new white boxer loved the local beaches (her first of many visits hopefully) Facilities are more than adequate can't understand what other reviews want from a shower block that is clean, has hot water toilet roll and hand wash!!! they are not at home now but shall we say roughing it a bit. Could do with a rabbit cull over the winter period when the site is closed to prevent damage to the site.
Godrevy
Stayed for 5 nights in mid September and enjoyed fantastic weather. The wardens were very friendly and helpful and came to our rescue with some emergency repairs when our caravan became detached from the car as we were leaving the site. The location is great for beach lovers. Only adverse comment would be that the toilets facilities are in need of updating and enlarging- the wardens always keep them clean but I would imagine that in the peak season they could be overcrowded.
A Favourite Site
Love this site it is so well situated to get out and about in Cornwall. The site is well set out with pitches to suit every taste. We always come at the end of the season so pitches are obviously a bit worn but always dry up quickly after rain due to the sandy soil. The facilities could do with updating but are kept spotless by the wardens who are always cheery and do a fantastic job.

Godrevy
Great site, wardens excellent and friendly. Site is very clean and tidy. Really enjoyed stay great time on Towans.
Recommend site to all.
Sunny and warm Godrevy
Two week stay in September, weather had been a bit mixed. Nice site and location but some pitches are a bit cramped. Sadly no hard standings, and with recent rain, many pitches were in a poor state due to awning damage and heavy usage. The sandy soil dries out quickly after rain, but makes keeping the caravan carpets clean, something of a challenge. Great helpful wardens doing their very best in difficult circumstances though. Site could do with some re-investment. Great location to explore the south west of Cornwall. Will probably be back again next year ! This is a popular and busy site.
Good location
Good location for walking and beach access.Double mini roundabout needs careful attention on approach.toilets and showers clean but could do with upgrading. No hard standing and pitches small.Hard working wardens very helpful.Stayed in September and would go back again.

Our stay at this site for two weeks sept2015 was brilliant thanks to the God squad (managers) who were always happy, helpful and cheerful. Their work here has certainly worked wonders since our last visit in 2012. Some hardstandings would be a benefit but given the location would probably be difficult with planners. Thanks to everybody.
