First of all I have no idea what a "Karen" is. So the site. We found this to be a little gem. We have just spent 5 nights there before coming back down south. The site is in our opinion.. idyllic. I found the pitches to be a nice size and very well spaced out. The pitch is level so a bonus after Coniston. We stopped on the bay part so can't really comment on the walled garden side. The toilets maybe be dated but they are clean, well looked after and always smell good. The shower is So powerful so no complaints from me. The view is stunning and a little thought seems to have been given to give the vans near the toilets a view... I do have an issue with motorhomes being able to put out there canopies in no awning pitches though. The area is so peaceful and a "proper relaxing holiday" was had by us. We even went swimming in the sea just on from the harbour at 20:15 .. where else can you do that. I think we were blessed with great weather, some lovely people on the site and a relaxing break... yes we will be back!!
