When the tide goes out!
We were glad to have booked in advance as the site was very busy. Great facilities and welcoming wardens. We had a sea view site which provided a good scene whilst having supper. However, next morning the tide had gone out and the sea was gone, sand and mud replaced the view! Well worth a visit, both parts of the site provide good pitches. Although this appears to be a holiday village with many holiday homes, the village facilities, shops etc are very very limited so stock up before hand.
