Warm, friendly welcome as usual from Christine and Martin. We love this site and also Garlieston itself. There is a lovely little harbour, a shop, a pub serving good food and great walks and other nearby places to visit. We went to Wigtown to hear a couple of authors at the annual book fair, and to Whithorn and Port William. Can't fault the site or the wardens - congratulations to them for coming first in the flower competition. The display has been fabulous for the last three years we have visited.
