Peaceful, picturesque location. Small site in a small village. Historically important. Only criticism is the Wifi service which, although priced the same as other club sites, was very poor quality with low bit rate (less than 1Mbps). I would offer one piece of advice. The reception gave us a note describing some local walks. Whilst handy, it could do with being a little more descriptive ("....go straight on at the bay..." where the bay was horseshoe shaped so straight on where?) and would benefit from a sketch map. But that is a minor point. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
