We have just returned from a peaceful and relaxing visit to garlieston. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. We had a reception area (awning) pitch which we felt was spacious and still had the view of the bay. The weather was amazing and our pitch had sun majority of the day. Although there is no designated 'dog walk', this was not missed or needed due to the fantastic walks from the site, you can choose from beach walks, walks around the village and harbour or walks around a number of bays. This time we discovered the gardens of Garlieston lodge which were lovely. This may be our only visit this year to Garlieston, but it wont be our last...we will be back!
