We spent three super nights at this gem of a site in June 16. The site is split into two halves, one overlooking the beautiful bay, the other in a tranquil walled garden. We opted for a pitch overlooking the bay with gorgeous views. The site is well maintained with toilet blocks serving both halves, so not too far to walk. Facilities are up to the usual caravan club standards and the wardens were extremely helpful and friendly. There is not much to do in Garlieston itself, but it does have the wonderful Harbour Inn (the only pub in town!) however the ale and food is top notch, you will get a warm and friendly from staff and locals alike. We like walking, and the area surrounding the site will not disappoint. Wildlife is also a big plus point in the area. Great place, highly recommended.
