On arrival at this site we were greeted by very the friendly and knowledgeable wardens as well as a beautiful array of hanging baskets, most welcoming. Situated right on the harbour side we set up along the back row for our first night stay and were overjoyed to be able to have a front pitch for the following two nights🙂. With stunning views across the bay and several local walks from the site together with a local pub serving tasty pub grub it was ideal for us. We also took our bikes out on the quiet roads on one of the three or four cycle routes from the site, mileages ranging from 17 to 25 mile options, lovely day out. Many thanks to the lovely wardens for their help and dedication to the site.
