It is a very busy site and quite a big site. The facilities are slightly dated but very clean. That said, the location is excellent, even from the far point of the site only a 10 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Coastal cruiser bus stop just outside the site if you don't fancy driving on some of the narrow lanes. At least 3 castles and about 10 beaches within a 20 minute drive. I spoke to all 5 of the wardens during my stay and they were always very polite, friendly, helpful and professional. One couple went out of their way to be helpful when I needed to find a local vet. I found the dog walk perfectly adequate for early morning and late evening walks. Off site the walks were limited only by your own fitness and energy! Hope to be back next year.
