Good for families

the kennel club site

If you are not a fan of dogs I suggest you avoid this site. It felt as though we were staying in a kennels due to the vast number of dogs ,I dont have an issue with dogs per se but a number of ill trained dog owners think it is ok to use any available patch of grass including occupied pitches as a dog latrine , along with this goes the constant yapping every time someone walks past a pitch containing a dog or the inevitable pack of yappers. of which the owners are impervious to the annoyance that is caused to other people on the site. .

Quite agree, but most c/c sites are the same more dogs than humans.I would like some dog free sites added to the c/c portfolio.

I’d like some moaner free sites added!laughing

Seriously, it is not an issue on 'most' club sites and it’s something I’ve yet to encounter.

We are asked to report issues to the warden in the first instance and take matters up with the club if necessary.

What action did you take about the Freshwater situation, jrf? Did the warden act once you made him/her aware? If not, what was the reaction from head office? I’m assuming you did something and didn’t just use the review facility as a platform to complain on.

An oft quoted exaggeration and misconception. You aren't going to win that argument CB, of course you're "new" so you won't realise this has already been done to death.  undecided
