We stayed here during Hurricane Ophelia and barely felt it we were so sheltered. A quick 10 minute walk to Freshwater East beach and we were watching huge waves and swirling sand, it was really spectacular so it felt great to be so sheltered on the site. The facilities were spotless, we had a large fully serviced pitch and there was a good little on site dog walk (though we mostly used the nearby beach). On our last day there was a power outage so we had a few problems with the van (fridge, some plugs and the microwave stopped working) and the WiFi signal packed up but all worked when we got home so no worries. It’s a good base for exploring this part of Pembrokeshire with loads of lovely beaches within a short drive. Lovely site, would recommend.
