You share the record for 10 uses of the word "dog" in a single review!
I'm not sure which of the owners you're referring to are likely to read this and think "must try harder in future".
Best to either mention problems to the wardens at the time or contact the club later.
In a review it's of little use, I'm afraid, other than letting off steam!

Really, we have a dog and cannot remember ever being asked when booking in
in the past site staff were aware if the member had dogs via the booking system but that was dropped when the online booking was introduced ,I have spoken to and written to east grinstead to have it re introduced but
