Very peaceful for such a large site (although we were in the furthest corner away from the entrance). This did make for quite a long stroll just to get out the site and on to the lovely beach, but that wasn't a problem for us.  And who cares if the on-site dog-walk is "c**p" to quote another review, when there are miles and miles of stunning walks right on your doorstep - we went on to the Gowerton site after this one, where there is a fine on-site dog-walk for a couple of hundred yards through the trees, but unless you are prepared to drive a distance away, the only off-site walking involves a school playing field, busy roads with no pavements, soulless housing estates and a rather boring town - I certainly know which I prefer!!
