First Visit Not Sure If We Will Return

First of the site is lovely, the facilities were clean and well kept as you would expect on a club site and the wardens we had dealings with were polite and friendly. Having Nene Park next door to the site is brilliant too, as it has loads of nice walks/cycle routes. there are three different play areas, water sports center and cycle hire so loads without having to go far. what ruined it for us were the feral children who left to run riot and cause mayhem around the site. the one reason we tend to stick to club sites is that it gives our children a safe place to play, make friends and some freedom but at the same time we can keep an eye on them. within the first hour of being on-site my son was flung of the roundabout then another jumped on him and starting hitting him for no reason. when my wife went to intervene the child tried to say he fell on our son when we had clearly see it all happen. the following day another boy pushed him down the astro-turf hill cutting his face and bloodying his nose. the same boy then went on to throw another childs bike across the park when the boy who's bike it was asked him to get off it. it ended up where there was three different sets of parents/grandparents who constantly had to supervise the play area. it may have been we just lucked out when visited and that the site is normally a good site for young children. No one seemed to pay any attention to the speed limit and drove around the site like Silverstone. i think it was also telling that the site was at most only 75% full in the middle of the summer holidays, especially when this site boasts the largest play area of all the club sites.
