Clean site, but very expensive for what you get and on site staff are far from friendly to the point of being rude and thoroughly enjoy coming round and pointing out you are a few inches out on where you should be parked. Also we stayed Friday and Saturday evening for a peaceful weekend, only to be woken at 8 am each morning by the noisiest tractor ( even the driver had ear defenders) just to come and collect the rubbish. I applaud the efforts to keep the site clean, but not at the expense of waking people. Surely 1 or 2 hours later wouldn’t have hurt. Will certainly not be returning here, although Nene Valley Park is beautiful and we will return there, but in our car!!
