disappointed children

We booked this site and arranged to meet my son so there were 4 children of various ages and 4 adults. I booked because of the publicity surrounding the new play area for the children, unfortunately on arrival we were informed that the area was not open so the children were disappointed, the electricity did off twice but only for a short time. It did rain and unfortunately due to bad drainage both awnings were in water. The wash room facilities were good and staff appeared friendly.

We visited the site during feb half term following the publicity of the new play area for the kids. We were also very disappointed to be told we could not access the new facility. I spoke to "the club" who said the website would be corrected with notes to say the play area is not open yet but we are still waiting for that to be implemented. But like you found the wardens to be friendly and efficient. Its just very disappointing to book expecting new facilities for them not to be available.
