Our first trip of the year to Ferry Meadows. As always, easy access to the site and the usual warm welcome from the Wardens. The site is clean, facilities to the usual high club standards and the wardens complete their daily business in an unobtrusive manner. Two areas of development for consideration. [1] The MWP point is poorly situated and you block entrance to a particular nice area of the site if you use the MWP or refill your water. [2] The club site late availability status showed the site as full, but we counted at least three spare pitches – so do ring on the off chance of getting a pitch at this great site.
