Lovely Site
Another lovely site. Staff friendly and helpful. The position of the site was great for the closeness of the Country Park with different walks and things to do at the park. Will be going back.

Worth a visit
This is a great site if you are a hiker,biker,fisherman,or a railway enthusiast,staff great,facilities great and a level site. But if you want to pop out for a pint be prepared to walk.
Great site for all
Excellent clean site, with lots of facilities. Next door to Nene Park, great for walking, cycling. Pub, garden centre and golf course all close by, couldn't get better
Great location
Spent 4 nights here last week, weather cold, damp, dull, but the site offers excellent, clean facilities with the Nene Country Park right next door, Peterborough city centre very close and the Nene Valley Railway goes right past the site. Didn't have time to explore the park much but plenty of bird life on and around the lake. Only negative for us was....why, oh why, are the hoses so short on the service points? Aim and hope when washing out a Wastemaster in the dark!

Just returned from Ferrymeadows over Easter lovely site facilities are lovely and clean, site was full but never waited for shower, wardens are cheerful and friendly. Nene park is lovely, better when warmer weather. Fifteen min walk to bus stop bus every 10 mins to Peterbough except Sunday ever half a hour. We will return and hire bikes plenty of rides to go on.
A few days isn't enough!!
We stopped at Ferrymeadows for 3 nights, if they had room, we would have stayed longer. Perfect location, Nene Park is on the doorstep. Wardens were very helpful and cheerful, facilities were spotless
Well Run Site in Excellent Location
Used the site whilst having some work done at our home which is 15 miles away. Site well run with friendly and helpful Wardens. Facilities excellent and very clean. Great location next to the Ferry Meadows and Waterside parks and lakes. Only complaint is that The Caravan Club, generally, have been a bit slow to offer full service pitches - we have found these available in most privately run sites and many of the Caravan and Camping club sites
Great short break.
Another lovely CC site. Usual good facilities - clean & tidy site. Great cycling routes direct from site, try the Boathouse about 15 mins cycle or 30 min walk from site. Just generally a great location with easy access for everything. Lovely friendly wardens as well.
Great site
Had a great 4 night stay. Lots of things to do. Great walks around Nene Park. Nice bike ride into Peterborough, quicker than taking car.
Will definitely return to this site. Facilities to a very good standard.
Great site
Spent a very enjoyable weekend here last weekend. The country park was excellent - lots of walks with the dogs, plenty of interest to keep us amused for the weekend. Site facilities were excellent too. It was our first visit and we shall definitely return.
