We arrived home yesterday after a 9 night stay at this site, Immediately made to feel welcome upon arrival Wardens: Debbie and Keith - very friendly, extremely helpful - Have stayed in many campsites over the years and they must be one of the best wardens we have come across Gardens and site immaculately maintained Toilets and showers spotlessly clean, heated and always lots of hot water The site a right on the edge of the village of Dulverton, what a lovely area of our country, naturally beautiful and stunning. The locals very friendly and chatty, We have never been to somewhere so dog friendly. Almost everywhere welcome dogs, including The Thai restaurant, Woods Wine bar and The Bridge inn (All get very busy so would recommend booking before your stay) Took a local safari onto the moors - lots of wild exmoor ponies and red deer seen Despite the unpredictable British weather we will be visiting again some time
