Exmoor House is a small quiet site situated in the village of Dulverton. It pays to read the directions in the club handbook or online as the final approach is not obvious. The site is well kept and maintained by the friendly wardens. It may be better for caravans than motorhomes as once pitched, some of the routes from Dulverton are perhaps better in a car rather than a larger vehicle. There are a number of footpaths with routes of varying lengths that can be walked directly from the site so a good location for keen walkers. The town of Dulverton has a number of shops within easy walking distance, also pubs with good write-ups in the log kept in the Information Room.. There are no children's facilities on this site so perhaps not ideal for those with young children although there is a children's playground about 200 yards away accessed from a footpath by the river.
