Ok for touring vans, but if like us you're in a 7m motorhome it's probably not for you. Nestled in a tiny village its pleasant enough but a bit on the cramped side with not much open space. The village is lovely as is the river and local pubs, cafes etc but it's a bit of a trek up narrow lanes if you want to go to the north coast. Once you have done the village there isn't much else to keep you there in my opinion. If you're in a touring caravan and want a village location then it's ideal as it easy enough travelling the lanes in a car. We booked two nights but probably wouldn't have returned for the second night from Ilfracombe if it hadn't been for us leaving behind our hookup lead. Wardens lovely, facilities well kept but not really for us.
