Here Now

The weather is very cold, windy, and a bit of rain. BUT, what a lovely site. People pay millions of pounds to wake up to the views of Exmoor that we are experiencing. Yes the site is quiet at the moment (only 11 vans on site) and the toilet block is probably a bit small at peak times, but we tend to use the showers late in the evenings so we don't have a hang up with this either. We tend to "fit in" rather than demand. Now an apology, Keith and Debbie at Putts Corner were the best wardens we had the pleasure of meeting, but Alan and Dee are surpassing them :).  Food ar the Anchor pub is no more than adequate from the one experience, but is a real locals pub which is far more important to the area than some holidaymakers turning up. All in all, a great place, great wardens.
