This is a very well placed site for access to Edinburgh and we found the staff to be exceptionally warm and helpful. Explanations, for example, of using buses was very useful and we were offered change when we needed it as the right cash needs to be given when boarding buses. When we wanted to extend our stay, we the staff made efforts to ensure that we were able to stay on our pitch, despite it being obvious that the site was very busy. On other Caravan Club sites in the past we have often found staff to be officious and not overly helpful, but staying on this site was a real pleasure. We will return. Facilities for motorhomes are good, not being limited to just one motorhome service point and the facilities were excellent.
