We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely, friendly and well kept site. I can't add much to other reviews - be vigilant with security, keep change for the bus (exact fare £1.60 each way needed!). If you are bringing bikes, it is a nice ride to see the Forth Bridges using Sustrans routes 1 and 76. 76 goes through Dalmeny Park which is pretty, and you can get there via off road / quiet roads. Edinburgh has a few off road cycle paths crossing the city on the old railway lines, we got to Royal Yacht Britannia this way. I highly recommend a city cycle map produced by 'Spokes'. Overall we'd return to this site as there is so much to see, and hope the cycling info helps someone.
