Site is clean and has friendly helpful staff but has a serious problem with bike theft. I would not recommend bringing bikes to this site. They have CCTV but it is too large a site to be able to monitor it fully. There are some lockers but not enough for all the bikes brought to the site.

We can only sincerely apologise if your experience was in any way affected by the actions of others whilst you were onsite. With regards to bike theft, we are Sorry to hear that this has occurred at our Edinburgh Club Site. We have been informed by the Site Team that several precautionary measures to minimise the risk of such an occurrence have been taken. The Site Staff have assured us that preventative measures, such as extra storage lockers and the use of CCTV , are firmly in place at the site.  We would welcome the opportunity to formally review any negative experience and we would ask that members send this in writing to us.
