A really good site on the edge of the city

We used the site for 5 nights on a visit to see Rhianon Giddens in concert at the Queens Hall. The staff on the site were brilliant, probably the best we have come across on any site. Although the planes were noisy we loved them as there are no airports near where we live and the different planes fascinated us. The facilities on site were clean and well kept with plenty of hot water. The pitches were very generous and well-spaced out. We couldn't fault anything with the site. It was easy to get into the city centre using the 27 bus. We used the shortcut path during the day but in the dark walked back along Marine Drive - a torch is useful. The site was also well situated to reach the Forth Road Bridge and we spent a good day exploring the coast up to St Andrews. We also went to the nearby village of Cramond where there was an interesting walk and a pub with well kept Samuel Smiths Bitter and tasty food. I guess the key question is would you visit again and the answer is an unreserved "yes"
