Just spending a blissful 10 nights at this IMMACULATE site - credit to the wardens Sue and Brian who are lovely people, very helpful and friendly. It is so clean, quiet and peaceful. We were delighted to see the native red squirrels on site. The wildflower areas are beautiful with many different species including wild orchids. The secure dog area is brilliant. A great information room and secure drying are very useful. We enjoyed the walks from site and easy access to Loweswater, Crummock, Buttermere and Ennerdale. We so wish this site was open all year as it is perfect for us. Highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely return. Thank you
