Disappointed that standards are not as good as they used to be! The two washing machines haven't been working since the site opened, the games room has been closed for a long time but is still listed under site facilities. Vegetation etc is over grown, the bins have been removed apart from some large wheelie bins near the office. It appears that current management are only interested in profits and not members. In addition on sites people are leaving later than mid day causing issues on narrow entrance roads, many dogs on long leads or not tied up at all, and people not obeying the speed limit. Over recent years things have certainly gone downhill, when I first started with caravan club almost 30 years ago people obeyed the rules the sites were pristine and facilities were kept to a good standard, how times change, very sad. I am in no way criticising the wardens, they are just doing what they are told and are very helpful. I haven't found the live chat helpful it is obviously AI and doesn't understand!!
