I would like to say how wonderfully helpful The Site Wardens, Billy and Terri Hughes were when I had a vehicle problem during our stay at Daleacres, Hythe. Kent. It was Billy’s calming, polite and very helpful manner in assisting us that made our remaining stay so much more enjoyable. He and his wife Terri are a credit to the organisation and one to whom all Site Wardens should aspire to. Apart from that, the site was maintained in an immaculate condition. Grass mowed, toilets clean, rubbish areas clean and if ever there is a problem with cleanliness it's down to the users and not the staff who were on the go all the time. Thank you Billy and Terri once again.
