The site is peaceful, grass too long and full of dogs. Whilst staying for a week it was soon evident that the bridge that gave access to the tent field was a hazard for young children. The hand rails would not stop a small child falling through into the open ditch. The new warden was open to suggestions on how to make safe. Toilets/shower facilities were left in filthy condition after use by many members and we pity the wardens having to clean up after people. This was our first trip to a club site having renewed our membership after a few years and was extremely disappointed with many aspects and should the club be renamed 'Caravan, Motorhome & K9 Club'.
