First outing of the season, unseasonably cold and snowing. Made the site look very pretty! Was worried water line might freeze up but it didn't. The only downside is the poor state of the road you have to come along to get to the site, Watch out for potholes! The stroll to the Botolph Bridge Inn is worthwhile especially with discount (vouchers in information room) also worthwhile is a trip to the Lathe Barn, and the RHDR is always fun (pity the carriages are not heated! Should have taken a blanket). We will be back again
