I have just spent four nights at Daleacres and found it to the usual high standard I've come to expect from Caravan and Motorhome club sites. The wardens were friendly and welcoming, the facilities clean and tidy and of particular significance for me travelling with three Labradors, the dog walking area was spacious and convenient. Access to a public footpath from the site was a bonus. My only negative comment would be the difficulty securing awning pegs despite having heavy duty rock pegs and a drill! Not all the hard standing pitches have this as an issue but mine did and it would be helpful to identify in advance which pitches are suitable for awnings. I shall be returning!
