Arrived and found the wardens helpful and pleasant. They all work hard and keep the site as well as is possible. The facilities block needs upgrading, especially the toilets. Very slow to fill, which means people leave them used, not pleasant. The entrance lobby is very slippery in wet weather, I slipped as the mat wasn’t by the door, twisted my ankle badly. Beware when it’s wet, the floor is so smooth, no grip! I know it’s not down to the wardens but please beware of small, sometimes very small children riding around the site roads, the wrong way! An accident waiting to happen. Older children ride bikes around much too fast. And often the wrong way too. Children must have fun and freedom, but this is a very busy site, and dangers lurk!
