Disappointing club site after 41 years of caravanning

Firstly this is a great location and is easy to find if you follow the instructions (DO NOT FOLLOW SATNAV). The forest for dog walking is excellent - probably the best we've ever seen. However the site is narrow and difficult to drive around, I just managed to drive our car and caravan (12.15m). While we were there I saw many twin axles mount the curbs as the site is so narrow. It feels as if it was designed a long time ago when caravans were 12ft. It would be easy to make the road wider and really this needs doing as soon as possible. We stayed here as part of a 3 week tour of Scotland and as a Caravan Club site expected to be able to use the washing machines and tumble driers for a well needed laundry pit stop. However the tumble drier wasn't working and with rain (as usual in Scotland) this was a big issue. When my wife spoke to the wardens, their flippant response was to drive 12 miles to a launderette. That's a 24 mile round trip to do the wash! They couldn't tell her when the machine would be repaired and frankly didn't seem to care. We didn't see the wardens smile on one occasion - which reminded me of the ex-army wardens in the 1980s. The pitch we had was not level at all - in 41 years of caravanning I've never seen the jockey wheel so low and we exhausted all of our wood chocks at the rear. Probably the most disappointing club site we've visited ever which is such a shame as its location for Inverness and all it has to offer is outstanding.

Why write a Bad review of a Site that has the Best Dog Walk that you've ever seen is beyond meπŸ€”. As for the Site being Narrow , I can't see what the issue is , Every Driver is Different and Now more than Ever due to the influx of  Newbies , issues will arise whilst Towing a Large Van , its Got nothing at all to do with the width of the site πŸ˜“. We where on site in July and Had No Issues with a Twin Axle Delta and Discovery .
