Fantastic Stay

We were concerned about the base of this campsite that it could possibly be noisy. How wrong we were, for where the campsite is, it is pretty quiet. We arrived to be greeted by a really lovely lady who was so helpful with all information we needed. We parked up and away we went on public transport for our three days, it was so easy. The trip in was OK, we had already been advised that the sat nav could possibly take us through London. As we came from the west country, we chose the A303, M3,M25 and A3, the trip was pretty easy really. People have commented on the showers etc, we thought they were OK, warm and clean. We woke up to saw this morning so made a dash for it, again the site staff were helpful as we unsure we would get the motorhome out, we did. The bus stop was left out of the campsite on crystal palace parade with a 5 minute walk, crystal palace village about a 10 minute walk in the same direction. with a Sainsbury's and a Wetherspoons, plus other smaller shops too.The bus took us into London on Friday in 45 mins, Saturday a little longer. Hey but who cares for £1.50 who can complain. A shame our city cannot adopt London transports principles! We have booked to go back again already, so Please please to whoever the landlords are, I hope they read all the reviews and allow the site an extension of their lease.
