We have stayed here on many previous occasions, however, we cancelled a long standing booking for the last bank holiday weekend in favour of the new Bingham Grange in Bridport, they cancelled our pitch the night before we were due to leave so we had no site to go to. We checked to see if Crossways had availability to no avail, so I phoned the site on the Friday morning just on the off chance they had had a cancellation overnight, which they did not. So, when I explained the reasons why we were enquiring they pulled out all the stops to accommodate us and made sure we had a pitch. The wardens here (wish I got their names) were just brilliant, the site is immaculate, friendliness is at a premium and we just love it. To be honest we are now so glad Bingham Grange cocked up. Don't think I will try them again when Crossways is not that far away from them anyway.
