The weather didn't help. I arrived in a nice frame of mind and it all went downhill from there. Like other commentators, I wouldn't go back. I could witter on about my impressions of this site but will advance only one: Why do the wardens allow so many people to depart late? e.g some as late as 2. It just clogs the place up for those arriving just after noon (as instructed by the book). Met quite a few people wandering around in the afternoon stating they were leaving that day. The newcomers were left with the soggy pitches.
