We stayed on this site at the beginning of June and we were impressed from the start by the warm welcome that we received. The layout of the site is brilliant, instead of being in a large field with long rows of caravans, you are in small glades surrounded by trees. Each area has its own, water, bins, and disposal points, and showers and toilets are not far away either. The compost toilets are a fab addition in my view as they are so eco friendly, and I hope other CMC clubs sites follow suit. They are not smelly at all and are kept very clean. The location of the site is great for exploring the Jurassic coast, and the beautiful Dorset country side. You can get 10% discount from the local pub which is only 5 mins walk away, and the food is great. Each morning we had the pleasure of watching wild deer grazing on the grass outside our caravan All of the staff were super friendly and eager to help, my wife and I will be returning to Crossways when we venture down that way again.
