Lovely site close to Coniston lake, we took three children and still managed some peace and quiet due to the well thought out play area's, paddle boarding seems all the rage down at the short walk to the lake, facilities were clean and well kept, plenty of walks locally and a pub twenty minutes walk away, there are shops in Coniston providing most things you may need including a fish and chip shop, although this is available on site a couple of days a week, pizzas also on other days. Friendly and informative staff all made for a pleasant few days away.
