We live in South Lake District, but this doesn't stop us visiting this wonderful site . It's location is great, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the village, but near enough to be able to walk to all the attractions. The Bluebird museum has always been very good, but now the real bluebird K7 has returned home it is now magical. Great walks for all abilities and plenty of choice for meals out. Although quite a large site, the pitches are well laid out, generally level and in good order. We have stayed at this site many many times and even had our Honeymoon here !.
