The staff and facilities are excellent. Showers that you turn on with a lever and can adjust the temperature (Not a timed push button or fixed temp) which was a nice change. The one thing that I think has issues at this site is the level of some of the pitches. We have an 8m caravan and of the pitches available to us on arrival, we found that only one seemed ok. Even with levelling ramps, we couldn't get the jockey wheel low enough to make the caravan level front to back. So much so that the fridge stopped working while on site. I saw someone else having to drag a large boulder over to place under a caravan leg. I saw someone else had put their legs on top of thin bricks and had the jockey wheel balanced on the top of a levelling ramp! So, I do think it's a great site, but do check the pitch before you select it.
