Spring Break with fellow Go Podders

A member of the Go PodCast Pals unofficial go pod owners network and met with fellow go podders on the site. A large site but didn't feel that way. Family friendly, clean, tidy and the toilets and showers real clean and accessible. Enjoyed the rear gate to the site that ventured onto Cumbria Way for choice of walk along Coniston Lake or for pleasant walk amongst sheep (and lambs) into Coniston Village for the pub, shops, Museum or just for the pleasant walk. Could do with placing a sign in the village to direct to the site as, getting lost in narrow streets with a caravan is no simple matter when turning. 160 mile each way trip from Glasgow (Bridge of Weir) was certainly worth the last 40 miles of tight Lake District Roads. Staff very friendly.
