Had the most pleasant weeks stay over May Day bank holiday. The site was full for the weekend, lovely to see young children playing amongst the woods. Even although the site was full, the peacefulness, listening to bird song was just lovely. The facilities was as we expected from the CMC , absolutely spotless, well done to the wardens for keeping it like that. The walks to the lake, into Coniston , seeing all the newborn skippy lambs , made our week even more enjoyable 😀, certainly kept Mrs B happy . Well done to all concerned for keeping the site as natural as it is, as spotless as it is & is it value for money, MOST DEFINETLY ,
